Ella Pagara

Occupational Therapist

Ella graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy in the Philippines in 2020 and obtained her professional license shortly thereafter. For nearly three years, she worked primarily with children, supporting their growth and development through play-based and evidence-informed interventions.

In 2024, she moved to Canada to continue pursuing her passion for occupational therapy, beginning her journey as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) while completing the process of professional recognition. She recently passed her competency assessment and obtained registration with both the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT) and the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia (CHCPBC) as a Provisional Occupational Therapist.

A compassionate clinician, Ella strongly believes that every child is unique and capable. She prioritizes engagement first, trusting that meaningful learning and skill development naturally follow when children feel motivated, safe, and understood.
