Behavioural Consultant

She is a Behaviour Consultant and aspiring Early Childhood Educator dedicated to inclusive, assent-based practices. She has supported neurodiverse individuals aged 2.5 to 16, primarily children with autism, as well as those with ADHD, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental differences.
Her experiences with autistic family members have deeply shaped her empathetic, collaborative, and respectful approach to neurodiversity, grounding her belief in proactive, positive behaviour support.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and began her career in education and management before transitioning into Applied Behavior Analysis. After working as a Behaviour Interventionist and completing all required coursework, she is now preparing for the BCBA exam. She has also completed the Foundations of MSL course with Reach Orton-Gillingham, enhancing her ability to support early literacy using multisensory strategies.
